You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We offer shipping to most countries globally. While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frames, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for deliveries outside these estimates. As we use third-party shipping companies, we cannot accept liability for any costs incurred due to delayed deliveries. Orders typically ship within 1-2 days of being placed. The exact shipping time will be shown at checkout, as it varies based on region and order weight. Shipping costs are determined by the delivery address and the weight of the order. For expedited delivery, you can opt for an upgrade at an additional cost. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays and holiday seasons may affect delivery times. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs, natural events, courier errors, strikes, or any additional costs incurred. Refunds will not be issued for these situations. If the courier fails to deliver and the tracking number shows the order as incomplete, we will resolve this by reshipping the order.
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. No refunds will be issued for packages returned to the sender. Please ensure the correct shipping information is provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@pristinebeautyandhealth.com. We cannot provide a full refund but can resend the package for a $15 shipping fee.
